One thing I'm doing is looking for freely-usable image of Megawati Sukarnoputri in jilbab/hijab, specifically so the image can be used on the Acehnese Wikipedia. I contacted the Megawati Institute and sent them an e-mail asking if they have such an image. If you know ways of contacting people who may know, please feel free to leave suggestions.
