У центрі полотнища розміщено зображення емблеми Сухопутних військ Збройних Сил України. Висота емблеми становить 4/5 висоти полотнища.

The raspberry is the closest Pantone shade because DSTU 4512:2006 is described with Pantone. The webpage you referred to does not describe the exact shade (unlike DSTU 4512:200) and only contains some law resolution GIFs.
