Babel templates

Dear Juhko/archive,

I'm collaborating with Pathoschild on meta (and on it.wikisource) to have babel messages and templates avalaible to every WikiMedia user in every language. Here is everything you need to know to create such messages in Bahsa Acèh. If you haven't time to work on meta, you could complete the list of avalaible templates here, and I'll use them to create parallel templates on meta.

Currently on ace.wiki I found this situation:

• Template:User ace-0 -->present
• Template:User ace-1 --> present
• Template:User ace-2 --> missing
• Template:User ace-3 --> missing
• Template:User ace-4 --> missing
• Template:User ace --> present
